The trip to Banana Island with Aamal Medical staff together with families was nothing short of extraordinary. The gathering served not only as a fun outing but also as a token of appreciation and recognition for the hard work and dedication of the staff. By coming together in such a positive and uplifting environment, employees are reminded of the collective vision and objectives they are working towards, reinvigorating their determination and commitment to success.
The gathering was meticulously planned from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, packed with various sports activities to engage all staff members. The festivity kicked off around 10:00am with the presence of esteemed leaders, Mr. Sherif Shehata, Executive Director, and Mr. Gokhan Ozkan, General Manager. Their attendance undoubtedly added a sense of importance and camaraderie to the event.
The team-building activities were meticulously planned to cater to everyone’s interests and strengths. These activities not only brought out our competitive spirits but also encouraged cooperation and teamwork as we tackled obstacles and cheered each other on.
